Yes. We offer complimentary consultations in-store or by appointment. We can help with layout planning, furniture selection, and finish recommendations.
Do you work with architects or interior designers?
Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with design professionals and developers. We offer trade pricing, custom solutions, and sampling assistance.
Do you offer repair or refurbishment services?
Yes, we offer repair and refurbishment services exclusively for Design Ligna pieces only. Contact us with your request, and we’ll coordinate a quotation.
Does your furniture have a warranty?
Design Ligna pieces come with a one-year warranty for factory defects. Beyond that period, repairs are handled at the client’s expense. All consignment items are final sale and are not covered by warranty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and select digital wallets
Do you require a deposit for custom furniture?
Yes. A 50 percent down payment is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Do you offer financing or installment plans?
Currently, we do not offer financing or installment options. However, we’re happy to assist with staged payments for large projects.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver within Metro Manila and surrounding areas, and arrange nationwide shipping through reliable logistics partners. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can coordinate international shipments. Please contact us directly to discuss timelines and quotations.
What is your lead time for orders?
● Local custom orders: 6 to 12 weeks

Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes. We provide updates at key stages — production, quality control, and shipping — so you’ll always know where your order stands.
Where is your furniture made?
Our pieces are handcrafted in the Philippines by skilled artisans. We also offer curated
collections from international brands like Wendelbo (Denmark) and CondeHouse (Japan).
Where do you source your wood and materials?
We use responsibly sourced solid wood from certified suppliers. Sustainability and ethical
sourcing are key values in our production.
Are your materials sustainable?
Yes. We only use imported wood from sustainable forests, and our finishing processes are
designed to reduce environmental impact.
What types of wood do you use?
We work with premium hardwoods primarily walnut, ash, and oak, depending on the design and durability requirements. We are open to sourcing and working with other species of lumber if specified by the client/project.

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and harsh chemicals. Use a soft cloth for regular cleaning and occasionally polish wood surfaces to preserve their finish.
